We are a new cafe on Willis street, bringing top quality food, coffee and service into a cafe environment.

We serve breakfast and lunch Monday to Friday. Tapas Thursday and Friday evenings and all day brunch on Saturdays. We use local, sustainable and organic produce when ever possible. We use Flight's beautiful fair trade and organic coffee and Zorganic's milk and other dairy products.

We also offer free range and organic eggs, chickens, organic salad, herbs and juices. We believe that using the best ingredients gives our food and drinks an edge that you can taste. We also believe we have a responsibility to do what we can to make sure we can continue to have the standard of produce we enjoy now. We compost all our scraps, recycle everything we can and will continue to improve as we go.

Composting turns organic waste into a wonderful soil conditioner, and helps reduce the production of methane gas. Each year it is estimated that Ti Kouka diverts

12,500 kilos of organic waste from landfill.
